Description: tebukuro is a kidou made, that when casted it is in the form of a necklace, it drains reatsu and gives it to the user which increases his reatsu level. probably a + 20 for reatsu.
Range: The Distance my Kido can absorb reatsu is up to 100 meters.
Casting Time: 1 post Duration: is until necklace is destroyed Cool down:

This is more of an object than kido and if your reiatsu increases beyond your own body's limit, you will die.
